1-medir el contorno de tu cabeza y sumarle 10 cms aprox.
2-cortar una tira de tela (tela rígida o tela elástica) y coser del revés los laterales y los extremos dejando una parte sin coser para poder dar vuelta la tira.3-cerrar el extremo que resta , a mano o a máquina
4-coser un velcro en el extremo externo y el otro velcro del lado interno de la vincha (así, cuando lo cierres uno queda encima del otro)
